International Corporate Banking Off-Cycle Internship 2025 – Paris, France
We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our International Corporate Banking team for an Off-Cycle Internship in Paris starting in 2025. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate banking while working with a global team and engaging with a diverse portfolio of clients.
About the Role:
As an intern in the International Corporate Banking division, you will have the opportunity to work alongside senior bankers and support them in managing key corporate clients. You will gain exposure to a wide range of corporate banking products and services, and be involved in various aspects of deal execution, financial analysis, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, pitch books, and transaction materials for corporate clients
- Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments to support lending decisions
- Support senior bankers in managing client relationships, identifying client needs, and proposing financial solutions
- Participate in the due diligence process, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors
- Research industry trends and market developments to provide informed advice to clients
- Assist in the execution of financing transactions, including loans, trade finance, and other corporate banking services
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong academic background, preferably in finance, economics, or related fields
- Previous internship experience in banking, finance, or consulting is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are a plus
