We are looking for a talented and driven Analyst to join our Investment Banking team in Eschborn. If you are looking to advance your career and work on high-profile transactions in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a leading global investment bank.

About the Role:
As an Analyst 2 in Investment Banking, you will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in executing M&A, capital markets, and advisory transactions. You will work on financial modeling, company valuations, client presentations, and market analysis, while contributing to the successful execution of complex financial deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuations, and business performance assessments
Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials for M&A and capital markets deals
Assist in the due diligence process, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors
Research industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to support deal execution
Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to drive transaction success
Maintain detailed records of all workstreams and transactions

What We’re Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields
Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling client materials
Highly motivated, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
A team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus
