We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Vice President to join our Investment Banking team in Eschborn. About the Role:
As a Vice President in Investment Banking, you will play a key leadership role in managing and executing high-profile M&A, capital markets, and advisory transactions. You will work closely with senior clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions while guiding junior bankers in their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions, from initial stages to deal closure
Manage client relationships, providing strategic insights and tailored financial solutions
Oversee financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence processes to support decision-making
Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality deliverables
Coordinate with other business units, legal advisors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful deal execution
Assist in the development of new business opportunities, identifying potential clients and sectors for growth
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to offer clients cutting-edge advice

What We’re Looking For:

6+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance, with a focus on M&A, capital markets, or advisory services
Exceptional technical skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and financial analysis
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong client-facing skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Fluent in English and German (other languages are a plus)
