Associate – Investment Banking, Consumer & Industrials – Eschborn, Germany
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate to join our Investment Banking team, focusing on the Consumer & Industrials sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact deals, collaborate with top-tier clients, and further develop your career in investment banking.
About the Role:
As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing complex transactions across the Consumer and Industrials sectors. You will provide financial analysis, assist in the preparation of pitch materials, and contribute to the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other advisory transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of M&A, debt, and equity transactions, from initial client engagement to deal closure
- Build and maintain financial models, conduct valuations, and perform detailed financial analysis
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and other transaction materials
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, working closely with internal teams and external advisors
- Support senior bankers in managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Stay informed on industry trends and market developments, offering strategic insights to clients
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on the Consumer & Industrials sectors
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and financial analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute transactions efficiently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Fluency in English and German is required
