2025 Investment Banking Full-Time Analyst – Paris, France

About the Role:
As a Full-Time Analyst, you will play an essential role in supporting the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other investment banking transactions. You will work closely with senior bankers, providing financial analysis, preparing client presentations, and supporting the execution of key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
Assist in the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials
Support the execution of M&A, debt, and equity transactions
Perform industry and market research to identify trends and potential opportunities
Work alongside senior bankers and clients, helping to drive deal execution and client relationships
Contribute to the coordination of multiple workstreams to ensure successful project completion

What We’re Looking For:

A strong academic background, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field
Previous internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Excel
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and French is required
