Commercial Banking Customer Service Specialist – Olsztyn, Poland

About the Role:
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for commercial banking clients, delivering exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues. You will help manage accounts, provide tailored banking solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for commercial banking clients, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance on products and services
- Assist with account management, including processing transactions, payments, and other client requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure prompt resolution
- Support clients with banking solutions that meet their business needs, including payments, loans, and financial products
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in customer service, ideally within banking or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to resolve client issues efficiently
- Knowledge of commercial banking products and services is an advantage
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Polish and English is required
