Investment Banking Analyst
We are collaborating with a leading Middle Market Investment Bank seeking to expand their M&A coverage team in Charlotte, NC and Dallas, TX by adding an experienced Investment Banking Senior Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial team within an established investment bank with a strong deal pipeline.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions.
- Participate in client and marketing meetings.
- Conduct research to support new business development.
- Prepare proposals, offering memoranda, transaction-related financial models, and other materials for client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Investment Banking or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and valuation using Excel.
