Role Overview:
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting deal execution and client engagements. You will collaborate with senior team members, contribute to financial analysis, and assist in creating impactful presentations for high-profile clients. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your financial acumen, and grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Prepare client presentations, industry research, and transaction materials.
- Support the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights into industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial tools.
- Previous internship or work experience in investment banking or a related field is preferred.
