Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager

Role Overview:
The Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for cultivating and growing a portfolio of business clients within the target segment. This role involves managing existing business relationships, focusing extensively on new business development, client acquisition, expansion of existing relationships, and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of existing business clients, ensuring their banking needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth.
Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base, including networking and community involvement.
Financial Analysis: Assess clients' financial statements and creditworthiness to recommend suitable banking products and services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and to provide comprehensive financial services.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all banking activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, effectively managing risk.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business banking or a related field, with a proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial analysis and credit assessment.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of business banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
