Senior Financial Consultant – Technology & Operations Finance FP&A

Role Overview:
The Senior Financial Consultant in Technology & Operations Finance FP&A is responsible for providing strategic financial analysis and support to the Technology and Operations divisions. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Technology and Operations departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and operational efficiency.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the technology or operations sectors.
Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting tools; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial planning processes, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
