Senior Finance & Operations Specialist

Role Overview:
The Senior Finance & Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and optimizing operational processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Develop and consolidate periodic financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations within the finance department, ensuring processes are performed in adherence to our risk and control framework.
Process Improvement: Regularly review and perform process gap analysis, recommending workflow and process improvements to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, product, and technology teams, to drive process improvement and enhance the customer journey.
Compliance: Ensure financial compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, including those set by relevant authorities.
Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during the audit process, providing relevant financial information and addressing any identified issues.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial operations, with a strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
Skills: Proficiency in financial systems and tools; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
