Associate Financial Officer

Role Overview:
The Associate Financial Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting IFC's financial operations, particularly in the areas of financial analysis, reporting, and portfolio management. This position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial data management and contributing to the development of financial strategies that align with IFC's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Portfolio Management: Assist in managing IFC's investment portfolio, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or portfolio management, preferably within the financial services or development sectors.
Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with international financial regulations and standards; understanding of emerging markets and development finance is a plus.
