Role Overview:
As an Associate in the FIG team, you will play a pivotal role in executing transactions and providing strategic advisory services to clients within the financial sector. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the growth and success of the combined Deutsche Bank and Numis platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Execution: Assist in the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other financial transactions for clients in the financial institutions sector.
Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to support transaction processes.
Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, presentations, and the development of strategic recommendations.
Market Research: Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to inform client strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in investment banking, particularly within FIG, is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities; excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
