Head of Transfer Pricing

We are a leading global financial institution with a robust focus on delivering innovative tax solutions to multinational organizations. Our Transfer Pricing team plays a critical role in helping clients navigate complex cross-border tax regulations and optimize their intercompany pricing strategies. We are seeking an experienced Head of Transfer Pricing to lead our London-based team and drive the delivery of exceptional advisory and compliance services.

Role Overview
As the Head of Transfer Pricing, you will oversee all aspects of transfer pricing strategy, compliance, and advisory services. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the firm’s transfer pricing capabilities, manage key client relationships, and influence business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of transfer pricing strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with international tax regulations.
Oversee the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, including benchmarking studies and intercompany agreements.
Provide strategic advice on transfer pricing issues related to M&A, restructuring, and cross-border transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on complex transfer pricing matters.
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to deliver seamless and innovative solutions.
Monitor changes in global transfer pricing regulations, assessing their impact on clients and advising on necessary adjustments.
Lead and mentor a team of transfer pricing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Represent the firm in discussions with tax authorities and at industry forums.

Requirements:

Significant experience in transfer pricing, tax advisory, or international tax within a professional services firm or multinational organization.
In-depth knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS actions, and other international transfer pricing frameworks.
Proven track record of managing complex transfer pricing projects and delivering value to clients.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing and mentoring professionals.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA are essential; an advanced degree in Tax or Finance is advantageous.
