Role Overview
As a Transaction Services Manager, you will lead financial due diligence engagements, providing critical insights to clients during M&A transactions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and impactful deals while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial due diligence projects, assessing the financial health, performance, and risks of target companies.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality due diligence reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analysis and client expectations.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other advisory teams to address challenges and identify solutions.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to provide strategic insights during engagements.
- Support business development initiatives, including client proposals, pitches, and relationship management.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in transaction services, financial due diligence, or related advisory roles within professional services or corporate finance.
- Strong technical expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and accounting principles.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including experience in managing teams and mentoring professionals.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA are essential.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for delivering value to clients.
