Vice President – TMT Finance

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President – TMT Finance to join our London-based team, driving the execution of high-profile transactions and fostering strong client relationships.

Role Overview
As Vice President in TMT Finance, you will lead the execution of complex transactions while supporting strategic advisory initiatives for clients in the TMT sector. This senior-level role requires a combination of technical expertise, client management skills, and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of M&A, debt, and equity financing transactions within the TMT sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice tailored to their business objectives.
Oversee the preparation of financial models, valuations, and transaction documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless execution of deals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the TMT space, contributing to business development efforts.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting the TMT sector.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in investment banking, with a focus on the TMT sector.
Proven track record of successfully executing complex transactions, including M&A and capital markets deals.
Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with a strong commercial acumen.
Leadership capabilities, including experience in managing teams and client relationships.
Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications such as CFA or MBA are advantageous.
