Director – Infrastructure Structured Finance (EMEA)

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Infrastructure Structured Finance to join our London-based team and lead high-value transactions in the dynamic EMEA market.

Role Overview
As Director of Infrastructure Structured Finance, you will oversee the origination, structuring, and execution of complex infrastructure finance transactions. This is a leadership role requiring expertise in structured finance, a deep understanding of infrastructure markets, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the origination and execution of infrastructure finance transactions, including project finance, structured debt, and hybrid financing solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, investors, and government entities, across the EMEA region.
Oversee financial modeling, risk analysis, and transaction structuring to deliver optimal financing solutions.
Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding the firm’s presence in infrastructure finance.
Provide strategic advice to clients on financing structures, market trends, and regulatory developments.
Collaborate with internal teams, including risk, legal, and syndications, to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
Mentor and lead a high-performing team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Monitor and manage portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with the firm’s risk appetite and strategic goals.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in structured finance, project finance, or infrastructure finance within a leading financial institution or advisory firm.
Strong knowledge of EMEA infrastructure markets, including energy, transportation, and utilities sectors.
Proven track record of originating and executing high-value transactions across diverse infrastructure projects.
Exceptional financial modeling, risk assessment, and deal structuring skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and clients.
Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CFA are advantageous.
