Private Equity Relationship Associate Director

We are seeking a dynamic Private Equity Relationship Associate Director to join our London team, focusing on deepening client relationships and driving strategic initiatives.

Role Overview
As a Private Equity Relationship Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with private equity clients. This role combines strategic advisory, client management, and business development responsibilities, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the private equity space.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity firms, understanding their strategic objectives and providing tailored solutions.
Identify opportunities to deepen engagement with clients, delivering innovative financing and advisory services.
Collaborate with internal teams across corporate banking, investment banking, and capital markets to develop comprehensive solutions for clients.
Act as a trusted advisor to private equity clients, supporting them with insights on market trends, regulatory developments, and transaction opportunities.
Drive business development efforts by identifying new prospects and supporting client acquisition strategies.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and strategic plans to enhance engagement.
Monitor client performance and manage associated risks, ensuring alignment with the institution’s policies and objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in private equity, relationship management, or investment banking, with a strong understanding of private equity structures and operations.
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and pursue strategic opportunities.
Knowledge of financial products and services, including M&A, debt financing, and capital markets.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA are advantageous.
