We are a leading global financial institution with a strong presence in the foreign exchange (FX) markets, offering cutting-edge solutions to clients worldwide. Our Financial Sponsors Coverage team specializes in providing tailored FX services to private equity firms, asset managers, and other institutional investors. We are seeking an experienced Vice President – FX Sales to join our London team, focusing on managing and growing relationships with financial sponsors.

Role Overview
As Vice President in FX Sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with financial sponsors, driving FX revenue, and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with expertise in FX markets and a passion for client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with financial sponsors, including private equity firms, asset managers, and institutional investors.
Identify client needs and provide tailored FX solutions, including hedging strategies, currency risk management, and transaction execution.
Drive revenue growth by proactively managing client portfolios and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including trading and research, to deliver seamless execution and value-added insights to clients.
Stay informed on market trends, geopolitical developments, and regulatory changes impacting FX markets.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations to support business development efforts.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements across all client interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in FX sales or a related role, with a focus on financial sponsor coverage.
Strong knowledge of FX products, markets, and hedging strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
A results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets.
Analytical skills and market awareness, with the ability to provide actionable insights to clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA are advantageous.
