Infrastructure Debt Associate

We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Debt Associate to join our London-based team and contribute to the execution of high-value transactions.

Role Overview
As an Infrastructure Debt Associate, you will play a critical role in structuring, executing, and managing debt transactions for infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful deals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, while gaining exposure to a wide range of infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the structuring and execution of infrastructure debt transactions, including project financing, refinancing, and acquisition financing.
Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess deal structures and evaluate project feasibility.
Conduct credit analysis and due diligence, identifying risks and opportunities related to infrastructure projects.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation for internal approvals and client engagements.
Collaborate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to negotiate and finalize transaction terms.
Monitor and manage ongoing performance of infrastructure debt portfolios, providing regular updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications such as CFA are advantageous.
2-4 years of experience in infrastructure finance, project finance, or debt advisory, ideally within a financial institution or consultancy.
Proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis, and transaction structuring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of infrastructure sectors, including energy, transportation, and utilities, is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
