Associate – Infrastructure Advisory

We are a leading global advisory firm specializing in infrastructure, providing expert guidance on complex projects across transportation, energy, utilities, and public-private partnerships. We are seeking a talented Associate to join our London-based Infrastructure Advisory team and contribute to delivering high-value solutions for our clients.

Role Overview
As an Associate in the Infrastructure Advisory team, you will support the execution of projects and transactions, working closely with senior professionals to provide financial, strategic, and technical advice to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop expertise in a dynamic and impactful sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in structuring and executing infrastructure projects, including public-private partnerships, financing, and M&A transactions.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, valuations, and risk assessments.
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation to support client engagements and decision-making.
Perform market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the infrastructure sector.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and government entities.
Support the development of innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client and project.
Contribute to business development efforts, including the preparation of proposals and pitches.

Requirements:

Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications such as CFA or MBA are advantageous.
2-4 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, investment banking, project finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of infrastructure sectors such as transportation, energy, and utilities is highly desirable.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
