Role Overview
As a Product Taxes Manager, you will oversee tax compliance and advisory processes related to financial products, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and operational excellence of our financial services business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage tax compliance and reporting processes for financial products, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Provide expert advice on tax implications during product development and structuring.
Monitor and evaluate changes in tax legislation, assessing their impact on financial products and advising relevant teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to address tax risks and opportunities.
Prepare and review tax documentation, ensuring alignment with local and international tax regulations.
Drive initiatives to enhance tax efficiency across product portfolios while maintaining compliance.
Deliver training and guidance to teams on tax-related aspects of financial products and regulatory updates.

Requirements:

Strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA are essential.
Extensive experience in product taxes, tax compliance, or advisory roles within financial services or a professional services firm.
Comprehensive knowledge of UK and international tax regulations affecting financial products.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation and assess its impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
