Product Taxes Manager

Our Product Tax team plays a critical role in ensuring tax compliance and providing strategic tax advice for a diverse range of financial products. We are seeking an experienced Product Taxes Manager to join our London-based team, focusing on tax compliance, planning, and advisory support for financial products across multiple jurisdictions.

Role Overview
As a Product Taxes Manager, you will manage the tax compliance process, provide expert advice on tax implications for financial products, and support business strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a tax professional with expertise in financial products to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee tax compliance and reporting processes for financial products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations.
Provide strategic tax advice on product development, structuring, and operational processes.
Monitor and analyze tax law changes and their impact on financial products, advising stakeholders accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to manage tax risks and opportunities effectively.
Support the preparation of tax filings, documentation, and responses to regulatory inquiries.
Lead initiatives to optimize tax efficiency across product offerings while maintaining compliance.
Deliver training and guidance to business units on product tax considerations and regulatory developments.

Requirements:

Strong academic background with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA are essential.
Extensive experience in product taxes, tax compliance, or advisory roles within financial services or a Big 4 firm.
In-depth knowledge of UK and international tax regulations related to financial products.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation and its implications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
