Compliance Consultant – PWM/Advisor/Buy-Side Experience

We are a leading compliance consultancy specializing in providing tailored regulatory solutions to private wealth management (PWM) firms, advisors, and buy-side institutions. Our team is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of financial regulations and maintain the highest standards of compliance. We are seeking an experienced Compliance Consultant to join our London-based team and support a diverse portfolio of clients.

Role Overview
As a Compliance Consultant, you will deliver expert regulatory advice, develop compliance frameworks, and ensure adherence to relevant laws and guidelines. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in PWM, advisory, or buy-side compliance, looking to work in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide regulatory advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and other relevant frameworks.
Develop, implement, and review compliance policies and procedures tailored to client needs.
Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments, identifying potential gaps and recommending solutions.
Stay informed on regulatory changes and emerging trends, advising clients on their impact and implementation.
Deliver training to client teams on compliance best practices and regulatory requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Support the preparation of regulatory reports and filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements:

Proven experience in compliance within private wealth management, advisory, or buy-side firms.
In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing compliance challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment.
Professional qualifications such as ICA, CISI, or equivalent are highly desirable.
A collaborative mindset with a strong client-focused approach.
