We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President to join our London-based team and lead restructuring projects for a diverse range of clients.

Role Overview
As a Vice President in Financial Restructuring, you will manage critical engagements, guiding clients through complex restructuring transactions. This is a senior-level role requiring a strong background in financial advisory and the ability to deliver exceptional results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage financial restructuring engagements, including distressed M&A, recapitalizations, and debt advisory mandates.
Provide strategic advice to clients, helping them address financial challenges and achieve long-term stability.
Oversee the preparation of financial models, valuations, and restructuring plans to inform key decisions.
Collaborate with creditors, stakeholders, and legal advisors to negotiate and implement restructuring solutions.
Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations, reports, and proposals.
Identify new business opportunities and support business development initiatives.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide cutting-edge advice.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in financial restructuring, investment banking, or financial advisory, with a proven track record of managing complex engagements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial modeling and valuation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
Deep understanding of debt markets, restructuring strategies, and insolvency processes.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as ACA, CFA, or MBA are highly desirable.
