Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance, you will support transaction execution, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making within the technology sector. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects while developing your expertise in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for M&A and other corporate finance transactions.
Analyze financial statements, key performance indicators, and market data to provide actionable insights.
Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
Collaborate with senior team members to deliver tailored financial solutions and strategies to clients.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform advisory recommendations.
Support business development efforts, including research, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.

Requirements:

Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACA, CFA, or ACCA are advantageous.
1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis, preferably within the technology sector.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Passion for the technology sector, with an understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
