Role Overview
As a Vice President in Corporate Finance (Industrials), you will oversee transaction execution, client management, and strategic advisory initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to take on significant responsibilities within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of M&A transactions, capital raising efforts, and other corporate finance projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and insights tailored to their needs.
Oversee the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrials sector, contributing to business development efforts.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic advice.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field, with a focus on the industrials sector.
Strong track record of successfully leading and executing complex transactions.
Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams and client relationships.
Professional qualifications such as ACA, CFA, or MBA are advantageous.
