Role Overview
As an Associate in Capital Markets Advisory, you will work closely with clients to provide insights and solutions for capital-raising initiatives and strategic transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in high-profile deals across various industries while contributing to the growth of a leading advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and private placements.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and capital structure modeling to support client recommendations.
Prepare pitch materials, transaction documents, and presentations for client meetings.
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity to inform strategic advice.
Collaborate with senior team members to develop and deliver tailored capital markets strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on financing and market-related matters.
Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and contributing to pitches and proposals.

Requirements:

A strong academic background with a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications such as CFA or MBA are a plus.
2-4 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or a related advisory role.
Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and presentation tools.
Deep understanding of capital markets, equity, and debt instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
A proactive and results-driven mindset with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
Team-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
