Analyst – European Debt Advisory

We are seeking a motivated Analyst to join our London-based European Debt Advisory team and contribute to high-profile engagements.

Role Overview
As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of debt advisory mandates. You will be involved in financial analysis, market research, and transaction structuring, gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and debt products. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, covenant assessment, and sensitivity analysis.
Support the preparation of pitch materials, client presentations, and transaction documentation.
Research debt markets, industry trends, and potential funding sources to inform client recommendations.
Assist in the structuring and negotiation of financing solutions, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, and refinancing.
Collaborate with senior team members to deliver tailored debt advisory services to clients.
Manage data and maintain accurate records related to transactions and client interactions.

Requirements:

Strong academic background with a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications such as CFA are advantageous.
Previous experience (1-2 years) in investment banking, debt advisory, or a related financial role.
Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and presentation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of European debt markets and products is preferred.
