Role Overview
As a Transaction Advisory Manager, you will oversee key aspects of transaction processes within the asset management and finance sectors. You will be responsible for delivering detailed financial analysis, advising on key deal considerations, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage transaction advisory engagements, including due diligence, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to transaction success.
Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for clients, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the complexities of asset management transactions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, pitches, and market research.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements:

Strong experience in transaction advisory, asset management, or corporate finance, ideally within a leading financial institution or consultancy.
Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes.
In-depth knowledge of the asset management and finance sectors, including industry trends and regulatory frameworks.
Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA are highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
