Assistant Manager – M&A Advisory (Financial Services)

Role Overview
As an Assistant Manager in our M&A Advisory team, you will be instrumental in managing client engagements, executing transactions, and supporting business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and preparation of deal documentation.
Prepare high-quality pitch materials, presentations, and financial models to support client discussions.
Conduct comprehensive industry and company research to identify market trends and opportunities.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and ensuring their needs are met.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage transaction processes effectively.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their development and enhancing team capabilities.

Requirements:

Strong experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction services, preferably within financial services.
Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to create detailed financial models and valuations.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise insights.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Professional qualifications such as ACA, CFA, or MBA are advantageous.
A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
