Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join our Financial Institutions Group, focusing on M&A advisory for US clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and develop expertise in the financial institutions sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution of M&A transactions, including preparing financial models, conducting valuations, and drafting transaction documents.
Perform in-depth industry and company research to support client engagements.
Collaborate with senior team members to develop pitch materials and presentations.
Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators to assess deal feasibility.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Monitor market trends and provide insights on industry developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, ACA) are a plus.
Prior experience (1-3 years) in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with US financial regulations and market dynamics is highly desirable.
