Role Overview
As a Senior Associate/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end M&A transactions, providing strategic advice, and building long-lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of M&A transactions, including preparation of marketing materials, financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence coordination.
Develop and present financial models and transaction structures to clients and stakeholders.
Manage client relationships by understanding their strategic objectives and delivering tailored advisory solutions.
Support senior team members in business development activities, including client pitches and industry research.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, ideally within a leading advisory firm or financial institution.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
A track record of successfully managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Professional qualifications such as ACA, CFA, or MBA are highly desirable.
