About the Role:
As a Financial Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique financial needs and provide personalized strategies to achieve their short- and long-term objectives. By leveraging your expertise in investments, retirement planning, and wealth management, you will empower clients to make informed decisions and secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives
Develop and implement customized financial plans, covering investments, retirement planning, insurance, and tax strategies
Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments to align with changing needs and market conditions
Conduct regular reviews to assess progress toward financial goals and refine strategies as required
Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities to empower informed decision-making
Identify opportunities to expand relationships through referrals and additional service offerings
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless client experiences and deliver comprehensive financial solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or investment planning
Strong knowledge of financial products, planning strategies, and portfolio management
Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent credentials preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions
Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in financial planning tools and software
