We are seeking a skilled and client-oriented Financial Advisor to join our team. About the Role:
As a Financial Advisor, you will work directly with clients to understand their financial objectives and design comprehensive plans tailored to their needs. Leveraging your expertise in investments, retirement planning, and wealth management, you will provide solutions that align with clients’ short- and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and life goals
Develop and implement customized financial plans, including investments, retirement, insurance, and tax strategies
Monitor client portfolios, providing recommendations to ensure alignment with financial goals and market conditions
Conduct regular client reviews to assess progress and refine strategies as needed
Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities to empower informed decision-making
Identify opportunities to expand relationships through referrals and additional service offerings
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, maintaining high ethical and professional standards
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and comprehensive financial solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or investment planning
Strong knowledge of financial products, planning strategies, and portfolio management
Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent credentials preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions
Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in financial planning tools and software
