About the Role:
As a Financial Advisor, you will work directly with clients to understand their unique financial needs and develop customized strategies that align with their short- and long-term goals. You will leverage your expertise in investments, retirement planning, and wealth management to provide comprehensive guidance and build lasting trust.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice
Design and implement personalized financial plans, addressing areas such as investments, retirement, insurance, and tax strategies
Monitor client portfolios and provide recommendations based on market conditions and evolving client needs
Conduct regular client reviews to assess progress and adjust strategies as necessary
Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities to empower informed decision-making
Identify opportunities to grow client relationships through referrals and additional service offerings
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience and comprehensive financial solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or investment planning
Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and portfolio management
Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent credentials preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in financial planning tools and software
