About the Role:
As a Financial Advisor, you will collaborate with clients to understand their unique financial needs and aspirations. You will design comprehensive financial plans, offer expert investment advice, and ensure clients are well-informed to make sound decisions. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their financial objectives and life goals
Develop and implement tailored financial plans, addressing investments, retirement planning, insurance, and tax strategies
Monitor client portfolios, providing recommendations to align with their evolving needs and market conditions
Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess progress toward their financial goals and adjust strategies as needed
Educate clients about financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities to empower informed decision-making
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through referrals and additional service offerings
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, maintaining high ethical and professional standards
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and comprehensive client experiences

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or investment planning
Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and retirement planning
Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent credentials preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in financial planning tools and software
