Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their financial objectives and providing customized solutions
Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans addressing investments, retirement planning, insurance, and tax strategies
Monitor and review client portfolios, making adjustments based on market conditions and changing client needs
Conduct regular client reviews to evaluate progress and refine financial strategies as required
Educate clients about financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities to empower them to make informed decisions
Identify opportunities to grow client relationships through referrals and additional service offerings
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and client-centric experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or investment planning
Strong knowledge of financial products, planning strategies, and portfolio management
Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or similar credentials preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering personalized solutions
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in financial planning tools and software
