About the Role:
As a Financial Advisor, you will collaborate with clients to understand their unique financial needs and develop comprehensive strategies tailored to their objectives. Your expertise in financial planning, investments, and wealth management will enable you to provide sound advice and guide clients through all stages of their financial journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives and life goals
Develop and implement customized financial plans, addressing areas such as investments, retirement, insurance, and tax planning
Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments to align with their evolving needs and market conditions
Conduct regular client reviews to evaluate progress toward goals and refine strategies as necessary
Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities to empower informed decision-making
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through referrals and additional services
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or investment planning
Strong knowledge of financial products, planning strategies, and portfolio management
Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or similar credentials preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in financial planning tools and software
