Financial Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to deliver personalized financial strategies to clients, build lasting relationships, and contribute to their long-term financial success.

About the Role:
As a Financial Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their aspirations. You will leverage your expertise in financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management to deliver a comprehensive and client-centered experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives and life goals
Develop and implement customized financial plans, including investment, retirement, insurance, and tax strategies
Regularly monitor client portfolios, recommending adjustments based on market conditions and changing client needs
Conduct periodic reviews to evaluate progress toward financial goals and refine strategies as needed
Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities, empowering them to make informed decisions
Identify opportunities to expand relationships through referrals and additional service offerings
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless client experiences and deliver comprehensive financial solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or investment planning
Strong knowledge of financial products, planning strategies, and portfolio management
FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or ability to obtain within six months); CFP or similar certification preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in financial planning tools and software
