Financial Advisor – Hybrid (New Jersey)

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team in a hybrid role, providing the flexibility of remote work alongside in-person client interactions. This position offers the opportunity to deliver personalized financial solutions and build strong, long-term relationships with clients across New Jersey.

About the Role:
As a Financial Advisor, you will work directly with clients to understand their unique financial goals and create customized plans to help them achieve success. Leveraging your expertise in investments, retirement planning, and wealth management, you will guide clients through every stage of their financial journey. This hybrid role combines the convenience of remote work with the personal engagement of face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives and long-term goals
Develop and implement tailored financial plans, covering investments, retirement, insurance, and tax strategies
Monitor and manage client portfolios, recommending adjustments based on market conditions and evolving client needs
Conduct regular reviews to evaluate progress and refine strategies to align with client objectives
Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities to empower informed decision-making
Identify opportunities to expand relationships through referrals and additional services
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest ethical standards
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience and comprehensive financial solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or investment planning
Strong knowledge of financial products, planning strategies, and portfolio management
FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or ability to obtain within six months); CFP or similar certification preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering customized solutions
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in financial planning tools and software
