We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team in Fishkill, NY. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide personalized financial planning and investment strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals while fostering strong, long-term relationships.

About the Role:
As a Financial Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their financial journeys. You will design tailored financial plans, deliver investment advice, and provide ongoing support to ensure their portfolios align with their goals. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in building trust and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial objectives
Develop and implement customized financial plans, addressing investments, retirement, insurance, and tax strategies
Monitor client portfolios, recommending adjustments based on market conditions and evolving client needs
Conduct regular reviews to evaluate progress toward financial goals and refine plans as necessary
Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and investment options to empower informed decision-making
Identify opportunities to grow client relationships through referrals and additional service offerings
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless client experience and deliver comprehensive financial solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or investment planning
Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and retirement planning
FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or the ability to obtain within six months); CFP or similar certification preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
