We are seeking a results-driven and client-centric Financial Advisor to join our team in Conshohocken, PA. This role provides an exciting opportunity to deliver personalized financial strategies while building long-lasting relationships with clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

About the Role:
As a Financial Advisor, you will work directly with clients to develop and implement customized financial plans that align with their unique needs and objectives. You will leverage your expertise in investments, retirement planning, and wealth management to provide comprehensive advice and guidance. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at building trust and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives and long-term goals
Develop and execute personalized financial plans, offering solutions across investments, retirement planning, insurance, and tax strategies
Monitor and adjust client portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals and market conditions
Conduct regular client reviews to assess progress and update plans as necessary
Provide education and insights on market trends, investment products, and financial planning strategies
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through referrals and additional services
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience and comprehensive financial solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or investment planning
Strong knowledge of financial products, planning strategies, and portfolio management
FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or ability to obtain within six months); CFP or similar certification preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering customized solutions
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in financial planning tools and software
