Financial Advisor – Hybrid (New Jersey)

We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team in a hybrid role, serving clients across New Jersey. About the Role:
As a Financial Advisor, you will build relationships with clients and develop personalized financial plans to help them achieve their short- and long-term financial goals. You will use your expertise in investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management to provide holistic financial advice that supports your clients' success. This role provides the tools and resources to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives and life goals
Create and implement comprehensive financial plans, offering guidance on investments, retirement, insurance, and tax strategies
Regularly review and monitor client portfolios, recommending adjustments to align with their evolving needs and market conditions
Educate clients on financial options, market trends, and investment strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions
Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
Stay current with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant advice
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional services or referrals
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining a high standard of professionalism
Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial planning, investment advising, or wealth management
Strong knowledge of financial products, planning strategies, and investment management
FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or ability to obtain within six months); CFP or similar certification preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing tailored solutions
Self-driven and results-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in financial planning tools and technology
