Financial Advisor – Hybrid (Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island)

We are seeking a client-focused and results-driven Financial Advisor to join our team in a hybrid capacity, serving clients across Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide personalized financial planning and investment advice while building lasting relationships with a diverse client base.

About the Role:
As a Financial Advisor, you will develop tailored financial strategies for clients, helping them achieve their short- and long-term goals. You will leverage your expertise in financial planning, investments, and risk management to deliver solutions that address individual needs. This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with in-person client interactions, offering the best of both worlds.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives and goals
Develop and implement customized financial plans and investment strategies to help clients achieve their aspirations
Provide guidance on a range of financial products, including investments, retirement planning, insurance, and tax strategies
Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and changing client needs
Conduct regular reviews to evaluate client progress and update financial strategies as necessary
Stay current on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to provide relevant and timely advice
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through referrals and additional service offerings
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining high ethical standards
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial planning, investment advising, or wealth management
Strong knowledge of financial products, planning strategies, and investment management
FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or the ability to obtain within six months); CFP or similar certification is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in financial planning tools and software
