We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide tailored financial planning and investment strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals while delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

About the Role:
As a Financial Advisor, you will play a critical role in understanding clients’ unique financial situations and designing customized strategies to meet their objectives. You will educate clients on investment options, risk management, and wealth preservation, ensuring their portfolios align with their goals and values. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives
Develop and implement personalized financial plans and investment strategies to help clients achieve their goals
Provide expert advice on a range of financial products, including investments, retirement planning, insurance, and tax strategies
Monitor client portfolios, ensuring performance aligns with objectives and recommending adjustments as needed
Conduct regular reviews with clients to discuss financial progress, market conditions, and updates to their plans
Stay informed about financial markets, investment products, and regulatory changes to provide timely and relevant advice
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, ensuring ethical and professional conduct
Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and community involvement
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment advising
Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and retirement planning
FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or ability to obtain within six months); CFP or similar certification is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
