Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and client-focused Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will cultivate and expand relationships with business clients, offering tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their goals while driving business growth for the bank.

About the Role:
As a Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing customized banking solutions. Your expertise in relationship management, credit analysis, and financial products will enable you to deliver exceptional service and establish yourself as a trusted advisor. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their financial objectives and delivering customized solutions
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio through proactive prospecting and referrals
Provide expert advice on a range of financial products and services, including loans, lines of credit, treasury management, and deposits
Conduct in-depth financial and credit analyses to evaluate clients’ needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
Monitor client portfolios to ensure credit quality, adherence to policies, and alignment with business objectives
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a superior client experience
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to provide relevant insights to clients
Represent the bank at community events and networking opportunities to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business banking, relationship management, or a related field
Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of business clients, delivering tailored financial solutions
Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and lending principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex client needs
Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in financial software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
