Investment Banking Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Investment Banking team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, provide strategic advisory services, and contribute to the success of clients across various industries.

About the Role:
As an Investment Banking Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting deal execution, financial analysis, and client engagement. You will work closely with senior bankers to prepare financial models, conduct valuations, and develop pitch materials. This position offers exposure to complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements, while providing a solid foundation for your investment banking career.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analyses, and sensitivity testing to support transaction execution and strategic recommendations
Prepare comprehensive presentations, pitch books, and transaction-related materials for clients and internal stakeholders
Conduct industry research, market analysis, and due diligence to identify trends and opportunities for clients
Assist in managing transaction processes, including liaising with clients, counterparties, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Analyze financial statements and company performance to evaluate opportunities and risks
Support senior bankers in developing client relationships and presenting insights that drive decision-making
Stay informed about market developments, industry dynamics, and regulatory changes that impact client strategies
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulations and adherence to best practices throughout transaction processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
Knowledge of financial markets, transaction processes, and industry-specific trends
