Fund Services – Regulatory Reporting Analyst/Associate

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Analyst/Associate to join our dynamic Fund Services team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong understanding of fund operations and regulatory compliance to make a significant impact within our organization. You will work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the development and implementation of regulatory reporting processes for fund management.

About the Role:
As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst/Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely regulatory reporting for a wide range of investment funds. You will play a key role in assisting with the preparation of regulatory filings, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insights to senior management on fund performance and risk. Your work will directly support fund operations, investor relations, and regulatory oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, including Form PF, AIFMD, and other fund-related filings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory changes and their impact on reporting requirements for investment funds
Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, legal, and operations, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Monitor and review fund transactions to identify any discrepancies or compliance issues that may affect regulatory reporting
Analyze fund data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders
Support the preparation of reports for regulatory audits and examinations
Assist with the implementation of internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with fund-specific regulatory requirements
Provide guidance and support to senior team members regarding regulatory compliance and reporting best practices
Respond to investor inquiries related to regulatory reporting, ensuring timely and accurate information
Contribute to ad-hoc projects related to regulatory initiatives, reporting systems, and process improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in fund services, regulatory reporting, or compliance within the financial services industry
Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks, including Form PF, AIFMD, and other fund-related filings
Experience with fund accounting and investment vehicles, including private equity, hedge funds, and real estate funds
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and compliance
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial reporting and regulatory reporting tools
Ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory requirements to stakeholders at all levels
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of investment regulations and industry best practices
CFA, FRM, or other relevant certifications are a plus
