Wealth Management Associate

We are looking for a Wealth Management Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service and strategic financial guidance to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions, supporting the growth and success of their wealth management portfolios.

About the Role:
As a Wealth Management Associate, you will play a key role in assisting our wealth management team with client servicing, portfolio management, and financial planning. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with senior advisors to deliver tailored wealth strategies, monitor portfolios, and ensure the highest level of service for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Support wealth managers in servicing high-net-worth clients by preparing client reports, performance summaries, and portfolio analyses
Assist in managing and monitoring client portfolios, ensuring they align with clients' financial goals and objectives
Provide proactive client service by addressing inquiries, assisting with account updates, and managing day-to-day client needs
Research and recommend financial products, including investments, retirement plans, and insurance solutions, tailored to client objectives
Assist in the creation of comprehensive financial plans, including tax planning, estate planning, and retirement strategies
Maintain knowledge of the latest market trends, economic conditions, and investment strategies to provide informed recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and investment specialists, to ensure comprehensive client solutions
Coordinate with clients for meetings, communications, and reviews of portfolio performance
Provide administrative support to the wealth management team as needed, including document management and record-keeping

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related financial services role
Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts effectively
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., portfolio management, CRM systems)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
